To ensure customer protection, Neowave offers 100 risk free, 30-day moneyback guarantee for our software products. The 30 days start the date of our invoice.
If you are not satisfied with our products you have the unconditional right to claim and receive a refund within 30 days after the purchase date. No refund is available after 30 days. Each client has the right for one moneyback only. No repeated moneybacks are available.
Moneyback Guarantee Policy is strictly for our standard products and customers who purchase DIRECTLY from Neowave. No moneyback for related services: Integration Work, Custom Development, Additional Licenses, Multi-License packages, Purchases on Rebate or Promotional Code/Coupon, Upgrade, Consulting, Product Adding Services, Software purchased from our Web Design Partners (WDP) or Resellers.
Before you request a refund
If you're having difficulty installing any of our products, Please check our support knowledge base contact our qualified staffs and you will get professional assistance in any technical issue you have faced with while installing/configuring the software. If you're having problems using or configuring our software, take advantage of our FREE + Friendly technical support.
If you are NOT HAPPY with our products or services for any reason, you are always welcome to send us your feedback and suggestions on how to improve the software or services we offer. We will do the best we can to ensure you are totally satisfied with our software and customer service.
Refund Procedure
To request a refund, simplly send an email to disappointed@neowave.com.my within 30 days of your purchase.
Since our product was electronically delivered, a "Letter Of Proof of Destruction" on company letterhead will be required. Personnel incharged will need to sign and fax agreement stating that you have ceased using the software and all software has been removed from any storage device.
Please notice that on receiving moneyback you are obligated to remove the software and all related files from your web-server and every data medium; your further use of the software will be regarded as illegal unless you obtain a license again.
You will be required to uninstall and remove the application from your computer. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are not required to send anything back to neowave.

We will honor any potential refund only if the fault lies with our product and is not cause of server mis-configuration. Please make sure your Server meets all the requirements listed at our homepage.
We will NOT honor any refund if the problem lies with the fact that Server does not have the required libraries installed. If you are having problems installing the software, just email us at support@neowave.com.my where we will help you with the installation, totally FREE of charge.
