Mobile Money FAQs - FEES

1) Are all my transactions viewable over the website?
2) Can I request for a print out of my daily transaction by calling Hotline?
3) Will I receive a monthly statement on all my payment to Mobile Money?

5) If my transactions are less then 10 per month, will I still have to pay the inter bank transfer fee of RM10?

1) Are all my transactions viewable over the website?

Yes. You can view your transactions details by login to your account at http://www.mobile-money.com

2) Can I request for a print out of my daily transaction by calling Hotline?

No. Mobile Money is unable to print out from their screens due to security reasons. You may print out the required transaction details from Mobile Money website at http://www.mobile-money.com

3) Will I receive a monthly statement on all my payment to Mobile Money?

No. All transactions are viewable on Mobile Money website at http://www.mobile-money.com

4) Are my first 100 transactions free?

No, there will be a transaction fee charged on each transactions made effective from the first transaction. The transaction fee charged will be mentioned in your welcome letter received upon activation.

5) If my transactions are less then 10 per month, will I still have to pay the inter bank transfer fee of RM10?

For number of transactions performed that are less then 10 in a month the inter bank charges will be waived by Mobile Money.

6) I'm only allowed to give Mobile Money one bank account for my transactions to be credited and isn't it unfair that Mobile Money charge me the inter bank fees of RM10?

At this very moment, Mobile Money will waive the interbank transfer fee if you have an account with either Hong Leong Bank or Bumiputra Commerce. Expect more banks on the supporting lists soon. Check out the Mobile Money Participating Banks.
