2) Can I request for a print out of my daily transaction by calling Hotline?
No. Mobile Money is unable to print out from their screens due to security reasons. You may print out the required transaction details from Mobile Money website at http://www.mobile-money.com
3) Will I receive a monthly statement on all my payment to Mobile Money?
No, there will be a transaction fee charged on each transactions made effective from the first transaction. The transaction fee charged will be mentioned in your welcome letter received upon activation.
5) If my transactions are less then 10 per month, will I still have to pay the inter bank transfer fee of RM10?
For number of transactions performed that are less then 10 in a month the inter bank charges will be waived by Mobile Money.
6) I'm only allowed to give Mobile Money one bank account for my transactions to be credited and isn't it unfair that Mobile Money charge me the inter bank fees of RM10?
